Medical Qualification what you need to know

All applicants are required to take a physical examination with McClatchy Medical Center.  In order to expedite the process we have listed several medical conditions below that will require additional information from your physician. Please bring this information with you to orientation:

• Angina

• Asthma

• Blood Thinners - Coumadin Therapy

• Cardiac Arrhythmia (Irregular Heart Beat)

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery

• Diabetes

• Epilepsy

• Heart Attack - Myocardial Infarction

• High Blood Pressure (HBP)

• A Stent in a Heart Artery

• Stroke or TIA

• Syncopy (fainting)
