AT LEAST 23 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF
APPLICATION

HAVE 1 YEAR CURRENT/RECENT VERIFIABLE
LONG-HAUL OTR EXPERIENCE WITH TRUCK-LOAD CARRIER, PULLING 48-53’ DRY
VANS. Regional or local experience does not count.

HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD (NO DUI or DWI CONVICTIONS WITHIN PAST 5YRS. NO CARELESS OR RECKLESS
DRIVING). No excessive speeding. All accidents on the MVR must be
reviewed. No chargeable accidents involving bodily injury or
fatality.

STABLE WORK HISTORY NO MORE THAN 4
JOBS IN THE PAST 24 MONTHS.

NO FAILED DRUG OR ALCOHOL TESTS OR
REFUSAL TO TEST

MUST PASS D.O.T PHYSICAL AND
PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AT OUR COMPANY DOCTOR.
